The various parts needed for assembly are fed into the system by two Bowl feeders. The robot utilizes two grippers to grasp parts from the two bowl feeders and load them into various press fixtures for assembly. An automatic tool changer allows the grippers to be quickly swapped out, allowing for multiple processes to be completed by the FANUC LR Mate robot.
