Robotic Depalletizer with FANUC M-410iB/140H Robot - Brenton

A FANUC M410iB/140H palletizing robot with an R-30iB Plus controller depalletizes jars utilizing pneumatic grippers. This unique End of Arm Tooling allows the robot to handle pallets, sheets and product with one setup - creating a flexible, automated system capable of managing multiple aspects of the depalletizing process. Mechanical grip tooling aligns the product to be picked, allowing pneumatic grippers to grasp the necks of the jars, picking two rows per cycle. Product is then placed onto a discharge conveyor. After each row is picked, the robot grips the cardboard tray separating rows and places it onto a nearby pallet, and then begins picking the next row. Empty pallets are picked by the robot and placed into a storage area allowing the next full pallet to move into the process area. This allows product to be continuously fed onto the discharge conveyor.
