FANUC Corporation is showcasing a range of innovative solutions designed to address critical labour shortages in various industries, as well as promote energy efficiency and carbon neutrality. Making its world debut at IREX is the new R-50iA and R-50iA Mate robot controller, which complies with international cybersecurity standards. It features improved control performance, system design, remote maintenance and energy saving support. FANUC is also showcasing the updated ROBOGUIDE system V10, which features a redesigned user interface and more realistic graphics, and it also allows a pre-verification of robot systems in VR. At the centre of the FANUC displays is the user-friendly range of collaborative robots. Highlights include the CR-35iB with a 50 kg payload and the CRX-25iA with a 30 kg payload. In addition, a new range of collaborative robots tailored for the food industry will be introduced, demonstrating FANUC's commitment to providing industry-specific automation solutions. FANUC is also offering a range of simple and easy-to-implement automation solutions to combat the widespread labour shortage. FANUC introduces a new 500 kg portable robot, the M-950, it will transport a large car body part in a space-saving manner by utilising the upper and rear areas. Furthermore, FANUC shows the new generation of the M-710 robot series, ideal for logistics. It features a curved arm which minimises interference and lowers collision risks with nearby obstacles, ensuring smoother, safer operational dynamics.
