GET IT DONE. TOGETHER. Keg palletising with Lambrechts.

This keg line featuring an R-2000iC robot has a capacity of 240 kegs per hour. It was installed at the end of October 2023 at the Brasserie du Mont-Blanc. In this application, the robot palletises and depalletises the kegs, and also applies caps and collars to the kegs. How it works: Kegs are depalletised in pairs through the advanced technology of FANUC integrated vision. Subsequently, they undergo an external washing process. The internal washing procedure follows suit, guaranteeing the thorough sanitisation of the kegs before being filled with the finest beer. After the filling process, the cap and collar are precisely affixed to each keg. Notably, the entire depalletisation and repalletisation process, involving two kegs at a time, is seamlessly executed by the same robotic system featuring an R-2000iC robot. The repalletised kegs are then poised for the subsequent stages of the distribution process. Key benefits: • Efficient depalletisation and repalletization • Handling of dual kegs • Precision in cap and collar application • Adaptability and versatility • Time and cost About Lambrechts: Lambrechts is prominent in Belgium's keg filling lines, with over 80% installation. As a global leader, they exclusively manufacture complete keg plants in Belgium.
