Heavy lifting and physical strain are now a distant memory at Green Services. The automated palletizing system featuring the FANUC robot is today providing safe and productive operation. Mounting the robot to the rear of an existing harvester, the M-20iD35 is supported by integrated safety options that include FANUC DCS (Dual Safety Check) software. Palletizing capacity increased to around 500 rolls per hour based on a 7 second cycle time, delivering a working time reduction of circa 45% and greater production flexibility.
