Get it done with Automated Laser Cladding - Load and Unload

FANUC’s Authorized System Integrator Liburdi Automation designed and built a LAWS 1000 Factory Automation LASER Cladding system using a FANUC LR Mate 200iD robot and iRVision®. How the System Works: The system loads trays of blades into the loading section of the machine. Using RFID tags, the FANUC LR Mate 200iD can determine the stage of blade in the tray, pick it up and bring it to an OCR station to track each blade’s serial number. The robot then loads the blade into the proper fixture and the cladding operation begins. The operator can now load multiple trays of blades into the machine and allow the FANUC robot to complete component load/unload.
