FANUC’s Authorized System Integrator Schneider Packaging created a coffee cup loading system using FANUC robots with consistent control over the product whether it's 12, 24, 32, or 48 count coffee cups. How the System Works The cups travel into star wheels that deliver the cups to the accumulating robots’ pick areas. The FANUC accumulating robots pick and place the cups onto the multilane conveyor, which delivers the cups to the carton loading robots’ pick areas. The accumulated cups are then released into the pick area. Then, the carton loading robots pick 12 accumulated cups at once with the specialty end-of-arm tool and place it in the awaiting carton.
