How the System Works The battery laser welding machine uses high powered remote welding optics to detect cell position. Dynamic monitoring is used to detect the robot’s applied force to the busbar at each location. This patent-pending technology is the fastest welding process on the market. While the high-power laser offers unmatched welding speed, Laserax automation and vision maximize the laser’s duty cycle. Welding quality is validated using a wide variety of lab tests.
