Get it Done with Glass Bottle Palletizing

FANUC’s Authorized System Integrator MSK Covertech designed and built a high-speed palletizing solution that can handle bulk or cased glass wine bottles. The system includes three FANUC M-410iC palletizing robots equipped with end-of-arm-tooling, conveyors, safety fence and cable tray. How the System Works A FANUC M-410iC robot forms layers of bulk wine bottles while another FANUC M-410iC handles three types of dunnage materials fed by an automatic shuttle/transfer car. A third FANUC palletizing robot transfers full layers of reverse tapered wine bottles, forming multi-layer stacks.
