Get it Done with Dual Line Tracking Case Packaging FANUC’s Authorized System Integrator Combi Packaging Systems designed and built an end-of-line robotic case packaging system. Combi integrated three FANUC SR-12iA robots and FANUC iRVision® to locate, track and pack 1lb bags of cheese. How the System Works: Using FANUC iRVision and a backlight conveyor, bags of cheese are located and tracked while moving down an infeed conveyor at 100ppm. Then, three FANUC SR-12iA SCARA robots using iRPickTool software pick the bags of cheese and pack them into moving cases on a conveyor.
