High-Speed Labeling with Sapience Automation

FANUC's Authorized System Integrator, Sapience Automation, designed a high-speed labeling system using a FANUC LR Mate 200iD and iRVision® to apply labels to power tools and consumer products. How the System Works Using six iRVision® cameras for inspection and location, two FANUC LR Mates pick adhesive labels from custom label feeders and apply them at a rate of up to six labels every 30 seconds. The system also scribes the date on the part and greases the battery terminals.
