Gimatic EOAT for Medical tube

Our customer needs to pick the medical test tubes from injection mold. Tubes have 12mm diameter and they are located very near to each other in an 8 cavity mold. Gimatic SGP-S pneumatic grippers are the best solution for the small spaces which they have compact body regarding their force-stroke effectiveness. Detection is made by Gimatic PR-SN-HS programmable highly sensitive sensors which let us detect 3 different position in a short stroke. Dedicated custom fingers are made by Gimatic 3D multi jet fusion printer facility and it is used Gimatic serial number system which makes it possible to track and reproduce easily every single custom part. Part picking is converted from manual to automation by the robot, cycle time has reduced from 60s to 40s, efficency has increased 50%.
