Phoenix Contact, which will turn 100 next year, launched the Empowering the All Electric Society programme a year and a half ago to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. PLCnext Technology enables real-time, secure communication between cloud-based control systems and field devices. Phoenix Contact is partnering with Planergy Solutions, a Hungarian startup with a research and development background, to integrate, automate and remotely monitor the solar power plant and energy storage system.
