OPTIBAR DP 3050 – World’s most compact differential pressure transmitter for general pressure, level and flow applications! Main Features - Robust – A fully welded stainless-steel housing in a most compact form factor. - Simple – Easy setup and commissioning with the optional display and adjustment module, HART communication and local push buttons on the converter electronics granting access to zero, span and offset adjustments. Target applications like pressure monitoring of filters, level measurement of liquids in open and pressurized vessels as well as differential pressure (dp) flow measurement of gases, vapours and liquids can be found in a wide range of industries like water and wastewater, environmental technology, iron and steel, general process technology and plant construction and engineering. The device has the ATEX / IECEx approval with protection type intrinsic safety (Ex ia) for the use in hazardous gas atmospheres for applications requiring equipment for zone 0 as well as in hazardous dust atmospheres for applications requiring equipment for zone 20. For a robust and accurate differential pressure measurement, even under changing process conditions, an additional absolute pressure and temperature sensor inside the measuring cell is used for the Total 3D Linearization as well as for the indication of the absolute pressure and measuring cell temperature on the display and transmission via the secondary HART® value. Also diaphragm seal systems from KROHNE's OPTIBAR DSD program can be equipped with this mid-range differential pressure transmitter to offer the right solution for corrosive, adhesive or abrasive processes and process temperatures up to 400°C / 752°F.
