Part Out Solutions for Metal Stamping

Photoelectric sensing solutions are routinely used for Parts Exit/Part Out monitoring in Metal Stamping operations from single point emitter/receiver types, light grids, etc. but can be vulnerable to environmental lube mist , dirt/dust and other industrial environmental contaminants (lens occlusion). In this video, we examine some unique long range inductive sensing solutions that can serve as an alternative to photoelectric sensing in Part Exiting applications with high reliability.
