The RM1D series is ideal for D.C. switching applications such as heaters and battery management. They switch up to 100 Amps and 1,000 times per second. Their superior thermal performance design reduces the size, or possibly the need, for a heat sink. The RGS1 Series is merely 17.5 mm wide and is a drop-in replacement for a conventional hockey-puck SSR. These robust relays can switch up to 90 Amps, and feature output terminals capable of handling 3-gauge wiring. The miniature RF1 Series takes up 70% less space than a conventional SSR. It can switch up to 25 Amp resistive loads. Their standard, pre-attached thermal interface and fast-on terminals speed up installation time. To ensure long term SSR operation and reliability, choose from up to 42 heat sinks and heat sink/fan assemblies, the most in the industry. DIN, panel and through-wall solutions can accommo¬date up to twelve panel mount solid state relays with thermal resistances as low as 0.12⁰ C/W.
