In dieser Applikation wird die Servopresse aiPRESS 36 eingesetzt um sicher und reproduzierbar zu Prägen. Der Kraftbereich der Presse reicht bis 36 kN. Die Prozessvisualisierung aiLIGHT mit energieeffizienter, blendfreier Vier-Farb-LED-Technologie signalisiert die Qualität jedes Pressergebnisses. Der Bediener bekommt somit sofort alle Informationen signalisiert, die zum Bedienen der Maschine notwendig sind. Zur detaillierteren Betrachtung des Pressergebnisses ist der Blick auf die Bedienkonsole natürlich trotz aiLIGHT notwendig. Der Kraft-Weg-Monitor mit der ergonomisch und benutzerfreundlichen Software aiQ-CONTROL stellt die Pressvorgänge grafisch in Echtzeit dar und überwacht die Verläufe.
