SINAMICS GH180 container solution for the Fiber Industry

Siemens AG supplied to M. Kaindl OG in Salzburg / Austria a new SINAMICS GH180 Medium Voltage Drive train set up in a pre-installed container solution. Customer requirements were very high: The hole Drive train must be replaced within 3 days, the new converter needs to be failsafe and remaining auxiliaries must be fixable within 24 hours in case of failure. Siemens key components including the provided SIMOTIC HV M motors were delivered pretested under full load conditions to the customer.
