Gear Selector Switch: Fast and Competitive End of Line Testing

Fully automated test bench for gear selector switches with multiple product variants and extremely diverse parameter settings. The test bench has been equipped to test up to 9 different product variants and over 400 paramters. Tests include checks of the shift lane, force/displacement measurement and quality tests. The system is self calibrating and features an innovative approach for force/displacement testing allowing highly complex axis motion.
