PALLOC ist eine KI-gestützte Lokalisierungslösung, die eng gestapelte Kartons und Säcke auf Paletten lokalisiert und präzise Positionsdaten für die automatische Depalettierung durch Roboter liefert. Der benutzerfreundliche Sensor kombiniert eine leistungsstarke 3D-Farbkamera mit einer vorinstallierten und vortrainierten Deep Learning-basierten Lokalisierungsfunktion. Dadurch kann der Sensor Objekte in verschiedenen Ausführungen, Größen und Formen erkennen. Die leistungsstarke Datenverarbeitung des Sensors ermöglicht die Kommissionierung von bis zu 2.400 Objekten pro Stunde. Dank der hohen Datenqualität der Kamera können Objekte ab einer Größe von 100×100 mm präzise von EU/US-Paletten kommissioniert werden.
