[Subtitles] Thanks to ifm's technology, a robust monitoring system has been implemented for a feed factory used in shrimp farming, enabling vibration monitoring as well as temperature monitoring of the mills in the factory. This monitoring system ensures early action to prevent breakdowns and improve equipment performance. Our focus on predictive and preventive maintenance has delivered tangible results, eliminating downtime issues and streamlining operations. But the collaboration between Samaria Racoes and ifm is not over yet - several projects are still in progress. These include the implementation of vibration sensors on eight mills and four primary equipment, as well as the full automation of the plant using IO-Link technology. Präzise Zustandsüberwachung von Pressen unter Verwendung der ifm-Software moneo

[Subtitles] Das acs automotive center wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, Projekte gemeinschaftlich zu erarbeiten und dadurch Entwicklungskapazitäten zu bündeln. ifm hat die Presse vor Ort mit Sensorik aufgerüstet und die eigene Software moneo integriert. In Zusammenarbeit mit ifm wurde eine Zustandsüberwachung der Presse eingerichtet, d.h. ein System, das verschiedene Bereiche der Presse überwacht. ifm SmartStamp, ein Modul in diesem System, reagiert innerhalb von 2 Millisekunden und ermöglicht es, dank der sehr hoher Auflösung genau zu sehen, wo in der Presse im Bereich der Werkzeuge oder bei dem Material ein Problem vorliegt – insbesondere im kritischen Werkzeugbereich. Die erfassten Werte werden an die moneo-Software weitergegeben, wo sie über die gesamte Produktionszeit analysiert werden. Die moneo-Daten können von jedem einzelnen Arbeitsplatz aufgerufen und es können Grenzwerte definiert werden, sodass bei einer Überschreitung der Grenzwerte nahezu in Echtzeit reagiert werden kann. Das acs automotive center möchte die von Verständnis und Entgegenkommen geprägte Zusammenarbeit mit ifm auch in Zukunft fortsetzen und hebt dabei auch besonders die Flexibilität der Software moneo hervor. ????
