Kearney Istanbul: Idea Factory

Turkey is home to more than 1.6 million child refugees, making it the top child refugee hosting country in the world. Education has been the greatest challenge for Syrian children due to language barriers, cultural differences and financial limitations. Idea Factory, an initiative that originated from Kearney’s Istanbul office, supported the integration of Syrian refugee children into Turkish society by providing funding and strategic mentorship to one local NGO and one university student club.
