In addition to sustainability and climate change, reskilling and the changing workforce is a big question at the Annual Meeting in Davos. Reskilling and capability building is important as technology evolves and creates opportunities for people to try to do things different than what they've been doing in the past. We've moved on from just the technology, and are now focused on enablers to make organizations work. Joy in the workplace, and a growing acceptance of a holistic lifestyle, integrated with workplace is the way to go as we move forward.
