Think enviromentally friendly: Shred & recycle wood, plastic, metal and waste
In cooperation with Baumüller, WEIMA Maschinenbau GmbH developed a high-throughput single-shaft shredder with high-torque drive.
The shredders from WEIMA ensure that materials made of plastic, wood, paper, metal, biomass and waste are quickly shredded into the required size. The principle of this machine can best be compared with an oversized document shredder. End users value high throughput and maximum machine availability.
Recycling is about the treatment and reuse of waste. The aim is to manufacture new products from old materials. Everyone uses a wide variety of raw materials in their daily life, such as metals, oil, wood, plastics and much more. But these raw materials are only available to a limited extent. Therefore, garbage plants process waste to produce recyclable products. This creates a cycle that helps to protect nature and the environment and also promotes ecological thinking.
